Shipping Policy and Return Policy

All items will be shipped in 1 to 5 business days from the day your order is placed, unless your order is a preorder!! Once your item is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number!! Our Refund Policy states Emmy Pie Boutique will only return an item if tags are still on the item and the item is damaged prior to you receiving. Items can not be worn and expected to be returned. If an item is being returned for damage to the outfit prior to receiving, Emmy Pie Boutique will send you a shipping label to have the outfit returned. For your damaged outfits, an exchange will be honored only for the same outfit if available or an outfit of equal price! If an outfit is not available, a store credit will be issued. Emmy Pie Boutique will not exchange for a wrong size ordered under any circumstance. Our outfits are produced in minimum quantities and/or preorders. Thank you for your understanding
